Frank Borman

Mr. Borman's 25-year professional career spans all facets of real estate and investments.  He started his career as a broker for Jones Lang LaSalle, representing national retailers in their disposition of excess locations.  He then became a Project Manager for a boutique multi-family developer, responsible for the entitlements and construction management of several modern architecture projects .  Mr. Borman then became Chief Operating Officer of Halferty Development, a national neighborhood shopping center developer.  Responsibilities included overseeing all personnel and development projects by the firm.  During his tenure, Halferty Development completed over 45 individual ground up projects.  He subsequently moved to Colorado and founded Borman Financial Group, a multi-disciplinary capital markets investment company.  After growing the firm to over 200 client households, he wanted to focus his energy exclusively on real estate.  As a result, he sold the Borman Financial Group to a national wealth management company and founded Rozzi Capital. 

Mr. Borman has a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Michigan State University, Law Degree from DePaul University, and a Masters in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.  He currently lives in Denver, Colorado with this wife Amy and their two sons, George and Elliot.  He is an avid golfer, skier, and angler.
